Our Chief Executive Officer, Owner (Founder]  of Hedge of Protection Security Services is a retired law enforcement captain with 30+ years law enforcement experience; deep knowledge of the security industry; served in the U.S. Armed Forces; and majored in Criminal Justice. The Owner & President runs the day-to-day operations of the business. "Catch him if you can. He is always on top of his game making sure our clients "always" receive exemplary service."

Our Chief Operating Officer | Co-Owner | Hedge of Protection Security Services was born with an entrepreneurial mindset and a business acumen. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (magna cum laude equivalent GPA), and she also completed extensive courses in Human Resources Management, Principles of Marketing and Public Relations during her Degree program. Recently, she completed the required courses to earn a master’s degree. In addition to running a percentage of the day-to-day operations, the COO is a licensed Instructor who administers the "Powers to Arrest" training course in accordance with the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS), and she currently serves as "CalSAGA Ambassador."

Our Field Operation Manager has 30+ years experience managing and supervising staff. His duties include, but are not limited to, supervising security enforcement officers while in the field, performing impromptu inspections, ensuring that post orders are being met, assist with evaluating employee's skill level and training goals, meets with potentials clients, attends job walks, carries out administrative procedures as requested by the PCOO, responds to incidents and inspects work locations for any safety hazards. The FOS also reviews clients' locations to assure that there is adequate security coverage assigned.

In October, we welcomed a "new" team member and "team player" to our dynamic staff! I Under the direction of the CEO, Owner, our Field Supervisor is responsible for night patrol detail, managing, supervising and overseeing the job performance of our field staff for a variety of security detail assignments.  Javier is here to assist by troubleshooting problems, answering calls from staff working the night shift, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
