1. Yes, absolutely, we have the right level of experience!! Suffice it to say, we have 30+ years of extensive law enforcement experience, and our security enforcement officers have an elite level of security  experience providing private security, armed security and securing events and festivals. Event security requires a different skill set than, let's say, a security guard who checks credentials at an office building or is on the lookout for shoplifters. Our SEO's are extensively trained,  experienced and able to provide the services listed on our services page plus more.

2. Yes! We are licensd and insured. We carry worker’s compensation, general liability insurance and other standard coverage that we are required to carry as a Private Patrol Operator (PPO). As a private security company, we are required to hold liability insurances for losses due to death or bodily injury and losses related to property damage or destruction.

3. We hire two main types of officers: armed and unarmed. Our armed officers are off-duty, active or retired law enforcement or military personnel authorized to carry a weapon or officers who have completed the requisite training. Our unarmed security enforcement offficers also have specialized training in using a baton or tear gas to administer non-lethal force. Our other types of SEO's  include:

Corporate SEO's, Event SEO's, Executive Protection SEO's, Mobile Patrol SEO's, and Warehouse SEO's.

4. Is our customer service team easily accessible? Will we have a dedicated support person handling your account and working with you one-on-one? Yes, absolutely--you will not be interacting with someone different each time you call our office. Customer service, customer support, and customer success is an intregral part of our business.

We realize that customer support looks different for every organization, but here at Hedge of Protection Services here are a few basics qualities that we take pride in: Emotionally intelligent team members; good communication skills; deep knowledge of the security arena, elite security services; timely responses; and proper CS reporting.

How will we handle issues and complaints? You will be immediately connected with the Chief Operating Officer and |or his team member so you can air your grievance and work towards a timely solution! 

Finally, you will able to communicate with SEO's on site, as well as a supervisor in cases of extraordinary circumstances. You will have a single point of contact you can call about service, billing and any other issues that may arise. You, our client, will never have to figure things out on your own. We are available 24/7 in case of an emergency. We also provide phone support between certain hours and email support.

5. Yes, we can provide references. Our company works closely with client management to ensure a location is safe and protected. Our working relationship is critical. We encourage our clients to contact our character references and client references to find out how we interact with management staff, patrons, employees and how our security enforcement offficers handle their duties while on patrol.

6. Yes, of course, we have a plan! Our President & Chief Operating Officer is a retired law enforcement captain with 30+ years experience. Our COO and his supervisory team meets individually with every new client, and the team makes it a point to spend an adequate amount of time walking your location and communicating with management to evaluate any security and safety issues. The experienced team will then lay out Hedge of Protection's strategic security plan, complete with how we will enforce security measures and communicate with management throughout the process. 

7. Yes! We have customizible service packages. We are cognizant of the fact that security services   are not a one-size-fits-all solution. We realize that or client's business will require a customized approach to meet their unique requirements in order to integrate technology and SEO's. For example, as our client, you may need unarmed officers who have extra training in safety and first aid, customer service or other skills to better fit your particular needs—we can certaintly accommodate your needs.

8. Yes, we use the latest security technology. Yes, that’s correct, we utilize Hedge of Protection-Tracs, a real-time technology (Powered by ST) to track our SEO’s so we know that they are where they are supposed to be. We strongly believe that our technology system is critical if our SEO’s require help or if an incident is occurring and our SEO’s needs to respond immediately. This is where  our Transparency, Reliability, Accountability, Commitment and Stratrgic planning comes into play. 

Our real-time reporting solution, Hedge of Protection-Tracs, also provides our clients with access to instantaneous and continuous updates. Our security enforcement officers can report any security or maintenance activity from the field. This information is viewable and made available through daily reports via email or a web-based interface. Whether it’s a typed note, an uploaded photo or a voice recording, our authentic technology captures pertinent information and is delivered to clients based on their preferences such as ongoing, daily or weekly access. Our technology allows stakeholders to stay informed. These reports provide peace of mind and can ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to their security protection. We will not have it any other way.

9. Yes, your security strategy will be reviewed periodically to make sure it’s optimal and still deemed appropriate for your company. Perhaps your company has grown, you have added space and|or employees, or maybe the nature of the area around your location has changed, leading to higher risks for employees, customers and visitors. 10. How Much Will It Cost? We will never entice our clients with a low-ball bid. 

Other companies might be willing to low ball; but it may mean that it pays its security guards poorly (so there is lack of motivation to do a good job) or the guard company may later try to use add-ons to bump up the bill. At HPSS, we will provide our clients with an itemized list of activities and costs before services are rendered so there are no hidden surprises.
