Our Chief Executive Officer, Owner (Founder]  of Hedge of Protection Security Services is a retired law enforcement captain with 30+ years law enforcement experience; deep knowledge of the security industry; served in the U.S. Armed Forces; and majored in Criminal Justice. The Chief Executive Officer, Owner runs the day-to-day operations of the business including staffing and work assignments. "Catch him if you can. Our Chief Operating Officer | Hedge of Protection Security Services was born with an entrepreneurial mindset and a business acumen. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (magna cum laude equivalent GPA), and she also completed extensive courses in Human Resources Management, Principles of Marketing and Public Relations during her BSBM Degree program. Recently, she completed the required courses to earn a master’s degree (MBA). In addition to running a percentage of the day-to-day operations, the COO is a licensed Instructor who administers the "Powers to Arrest" training course in accordance with the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS), and she currently serves as "CalSAGA Ambassador." Please direct all Human Resources related questions and or inquires to our COO.
